Laurie SpiegelThe second episode of What I Reckon features an interview with Laurie Spiegel, a former folk musician turned computer music pioneer. Laurie was one of the first composers to use the computer as an instrument, and some of her astounding recordings were put on the first Voyager space probes in the 1970s to communicate with aliens. Laurie also developed one of the first commercially available music software programs ever built.
