Artificial is really just me in pure electronic noodler mode. Occasionally, I played with the luscious Ms DJ Toupee (Nicole Lowrey) with whom I shared an obsession with '70s BBC comedy sit-coms - his affected our dress sense and dance styles.

Electronica duo, myself and Kate Crawford. We used to have fun by dressing up a lot - everything from nurses uniforms to space stewardess gear to drag. We got compared to everyone from Kraftwerk to The Jetsons.

For sheer fun and money, Dust occasionally morphed into an '80s power love ballad band - we put our hearts and hair into tracks like Foreigner 'I Want To Know Where Love Is', Bonnie Tyler 'Total Eclipse of the Heart' -you get the idea. Our Guilty Pleasures gigs were packed out, heres the evidence.
